Expert Support to Make Your Organization More Accessible, Inclusive, and Confidently Compliant

Creating an accessible environment is not just about legal compliance. It is about making sure everyone can fully participate, contribute, and belong. When your business, school, or agency is truly accessible, you welcome more customers, reach more clients, and build a stronger community.

Disability Network Lakeshore offers ADA Concierge Services to help businesses, nonprofits, schools, and public agencies confidently meet accessibility standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and build truly inclusive spaces. With two certified ADA coordinators on staff, we provide expert guidance rooted in practical experience and real-world solutions. And because our team includes people with disabilities, our advice comes from lived experience — not just a checklist.

What We Offer

On-Site Accessibility Assessments

We evaluate your physical environment, policies, and practices to identify potential barriers to access. We look at parking, entrances, restrooms, signage, service counters, and more. You will receive a detailed report with cost-effective, actionable recommendations tailored to your setting — with the most important fixes clearly marked so you know where to start.

Customized Solutions

Every organization is unique. Our consultants work closely with your team to develop solutions that align with your needs, budget, and goals — whether you are just getting started or expanding your accessibility efforts. Many barriers can be removed with simple, low-cost changes, and we will show you which ones.

Training and Policy Support

We provide customized training sessions for your staff, leadership, or volunteers. Topics include:

  • ADA compliance and updates
  • Reasonable workplace accommodations
  • Accessible communication and event planning
  • Understanding disability, ableism, and inclusive practices

We also review your policies and procedures to help you strengthen your internal accessibility framework, from hiring practices to customer service standards.

Ongoing Consultation and Follow-Up

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. We provide continued support, re-assessments, and consultations as your organization grows and adapts — so your progress lasts.

Pricing

Our standard rate is $150 per hour. Discounted pricing is available for nonprofit organizations.

Package pricing is also available for organizations looking for bundled services — such as assessments, trainings, and follow-up support — at a reduced total cost. Contact us to discuss your goals, and we will help build a package that fits your needs and budget. We are committed to transparency and will clearly outline any costs before services begin.

Why It Matters for West Michigan

More than one in four adults in the United States lives with a disability. In Ottawa and Allegan counties, that means thousands of your neighbors, customers, and employees benefit when your doors — physical and digital — are open to everyone. Accessibility is good for people and good for business.
