Assistive Technology helps you continue to live independently in the community. We provide Assistive Technology assessments and help you identify home modifications that you need to continue to live independently in the community.

A Smart911 profile allows first responders have all the information necessary to provide care for you in the event you or someone on your behalf calls 911. Contact us for assistance in setting up a Smart911 profile.

We also help veterans write advanced directives or design an emergency preparedness plan. We are ready to help you in whatever way we can!
