Crafts with Karon
Do you like a good DIY project? It can feel good to sit down for 30 minutes and create something with our own hands. Taking a stack of supplies and turning it into art is satisfying.
Using common household items, you can make a 3-dimensional flower to hang on your wall. It’s simple and easy for all ages.
Supplies Needed:
- 60 painted petals (¼ or ½ inch wide cut from toilet paper rolls—Karon used 4 different paint colors: painted 6 tan, 18 light green, 18 light blue, and 18 dark blue)
- Glue
- Paintbrush to apply glue
- Small decorative object (will be used as the centerpiece for the middle of the wall art–example: a shiny round jewel, or small flower)
- 3M Command Hook (to hang on the wall)
